At NaturePride.mt, we aim to provide reliable and efficient delivery services. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how our shipping and delivery process works.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Scheduling
Orders are processed and assigned to a specific delivery route based on locality.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the next assigned delivery day for that route.
Customers will be contacted via WhatsApp 24 hours before delivery and provided with a 3-hour delivery window.
All deliveries are completed before 2:00 PM.
If you require a specific delivery time, we will try to accommodate where possible; however, this may be subject to additional charges.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping option:
1) Standard Shipping : Delivery on the assigned delivery date (see delivery schedule below)
2.) Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day, subject to route availability and order confirmation time.

4. International Shipping
We ship to selected international locations. Please note:
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

While we do our best to meet delivery schedules, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs procedures, or peak demand periods.
