To use the slicker, slowly and gently brush the hair in the direction of the fur growth. The long plastic pins penetrate deep into the coat, gently detangling fur and removing loose hairs. The soft plastic pins have balled ends to ensure your dog is kept comfortable while being groomed. The shorter bristles smooth the top coat, gathering loose and dead hair to leave a neat and glossy coat. To ensure your dog has ans an enjoyable grooming session, start gently. Pause or end the grooming session if your dog becomes agitated.
Slicker pin pad dimensions:6.5 x 4.5cm
Grooming tips: Grooming is a wonderful way to bond with your dog, but dogs that are new to grooming ld be introduced to it slowly. Begin grooming sessions when your dog is relaxed, if possible, after they have exercised. Use tools gently and avoid tugging on the skin or on knots or mats. Give your dog plenty of reassurance throughout the grooming session. Pause or end the grooming session if your dog becomes agitated or shows signs of stress. Keep grooming sessions brief to begin with, and increase the length of the sessions as your dog becomes used to grooming.
