AMTRA HANG ON NURSERY it is an external plastic tank ideal for isolating small fish inside. It can be used both for the birth and growth of fry and to temporarily keep adult fish that need tranquility or special care. If used as a nursery, thanks to the special internal divider, a female of ovoviviparous species can be separated so that at birth the fry are not preyed upon by the mother or by other fish. Once the divider has been removed, the tray can then be used for the growth of the fish themselves. Ideal as a quarantine tank for the rehabilitation of fish after recovery from disease. The supplied lid will prevent the fish from jumping out of the tank. The tank is hung externally on the edge of the aquarium and by an air pump (not included) it is possible to make the aquarium water flow inside the nursery, thus ensuring constant replacement and preventing the accumulation of pollutants.
