Elevate your aquascape with the Aquadeco Gobi Rock — a smooth, elegantly patterned natural stone that brings texture and calm to any aquarium or terrarium setting. With its soft brown-lined patterns and rounded form, this rock adds a touch of nature and sophistication to planted tanks, shrimp bowls, or turtle/terrapin setups (when used responsibly).
Ideal for freshwater use, this rock encourages natural hiding spots, terracing, and focal points in your layout. Because of its individual variations in shape and weight, no two pieces are alike — giving your hardscape a unique signature. Be sure to rinse the rock thoroughly before placement, and allow sufficient substrate underneath for stability.
Key Features:
-
Natural Gobi desert-style stone with gentle brown patterns
-
Size S version weighing approx. 0.8-1.2 kg (other sizes available)
-
Perfect for aquascapes, shrimp tanks, biotope setups and terrariums
-
Safe for freshwater systems (rinse before use to remove dust)
-
Versatile enough to act as a single feature or part of a multi-rock layout
Setup Tips:
Place the rock in a stable position on your substrate, leaving a small gap from the glass walls for easier maintenance. Use the rock as a central feature around which plants and mosses can grow. If stacking, ensure a solid base rock under it to avoid shifting.
