The Muyu Amazonia Aquasoil is a premium, nutrient-rich substrate designed for planted aquariums, offering long-lasting performance and excellent root support for aquatic plants. It’s available in two sizes: 3 L and 8 L.
Formulated to mimic the nutrient and organic-acid rich soils found in nature, this aquasoil helps buffer and stabilise pH and KH, creating ideal conditions for tropical fish and aquatic plants. It will not crumble or turn into mud, and unlike some substrates it won’t cloud your water when used correctly.

Usage Tips:
Measure your aquarium’s length and width to determine how many bags you need (for example: length × width × desired depth ÷ 1000 = litres required).
Spread the substrate at a depth recommended for planted tanks (typically 5-8 cm) for optimal root growth.
Add hardscape (rocks / driftwood) and plant immediately after substrate is placed. Avoid rinsing the substrate to preserve its nutrient content.
Perform regular water changes and maintain proper filtration to keep water clarity and nutrient balance.
Ideal for both low-tech and high-tech planted aquariums — especially where lush plant growth and colour are desired.
